Opportunity to progress to Business Development Manager over a 3-year period
Pay increase each year over 3-year plan to achieve Business Development Manager level on achievement of given objectives, Travelling out in the field at least 4 days a week looking after existing accounts and finding new opportunities
May need to stay away from home at least twice a month
Daily completion of CRM
Timely completion of reports and expenses
Responsibilities and accountability:

Communicate to bredent's current and potential customers the merits of bredent medical SKY implant system solutions with a view to achieving sales and growing market share

Strategically exploring your territory and search for potential new SKY implant customers
-
Competently present bredent's SKY implant system solutions in Dental clinic / Dental Laboratory environment utilising skills generated through previous employment, bredent consultative sales training and on-going training

Support customers and colleagues in providing them with product information, advice on 'best practice' procedures, troubleshooting and enabling them to find solutions to their problems

Inform customers and colleagues about new Medical/Technical product developments and technique updates

Actively promote bredent Medical/Technical training courses, events and support plus cooperate with your Head Office colleagues to ensure coordinated execution

Dental Team Nursing support and training

Actively participate and contribute to the organisation of key Dental exhibitions in the UK
-
Collect and collate information on our UK market competitors, general developments and current implantology and restorative trends

Check and continually review all consignment stock in your area on a quarterly basis according to the Stock Control Process

Daily update of NetSuite CRM system with call history, opportunities and market information.

Clear journey and travel planning in conjunction with our field sales and lone working protocols. All appointment schedules to be updated in NetSuite calendar on a regular basis.

Feedback schedule:

Your manager will provide you with feedback on a regular basis on how your performance is developing.

Pay: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Requirements
Must have previous experience in dental implantology, both surgical and restorative, preferably as a dental nurse or Treatment Co-ordinator required
Confident to speak and educate Clinicians and Technicians on bredent products and solutions required
Enjoys meeting new people required
Basic word and Excel knowledge required
Full UK driving license required
