Our ATS Digital team plays a key part in that journey - and we're looking for a Junior Digital Analyst to help us turn data into meaningful insight that drives better project outcomes. What you'll be doing

Acting as a point of support for project teams, using plant telematics insights to help improve visibility, utilisation and day-to-day operational performance

Working closely with stakeholders to ensure information is clear, reliable and easy to use for decision-making

Engaging with users to understand their needs and translating these into clear requirements for digital solutions

Supporting the coordination and rollout of digital projects, from early design through to implementation

Assisting with testing and user acceptance to ensure solutions meet project and customer expectations

Building strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, supply chain partners and joint venture partners

Providing administrative and operational support to the Digital Manager as required

Continuously developing your digital knowledge and staying up to date with industry best practice

Always working in line with Balfour Beatty's safety, health and environmental standards
Requirements

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take a practical, customer-focused approach

Good communicator, able to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of the organisation

Attention to detail and a structured approach to work

Experience using data to support understanding, provide insight and inform decisions

Knowledge of telematics, ISO standards and the construction industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite

Good time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities

Clean UK Driving Licence
