Job description

We are looking for a proactive and commercially aware Systems, Data & Compliance Manager to take ownership of the systems and data infrastructure that underpin our operations.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining systems oversight, data analysis, and compliance management. You'll work closely with the Finance Director and operational teams, helping to improve efficiency, drive insight, and ensure the business remains compliant across all areas.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving how things work, getting into the detail of systems and data, and making a visible impact across a multi-site business., Systems & Technology

  • Maintain oversight of group systems including EPOS, booking platforms, payment systems, and procurement tools
  • Support system improvements, integrations, and efficiency initiatives
  • Act as the key point of contact for system providers and external partners
  • Ensure systems are being used effectively across sites to support operations and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to enhance technology and processes across the business

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain and support databases covering key revenue streams
  • Produce regular reports on revenue, performance, and customer trends
  • Analyse data to support commercial decision-making
  • Present data in a clear and user-friendly format for non-technical stakeholders
  • Monitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure reporting meets operational and financial needs

Compliance & Risk

  • Support compliance across the group including health & safety, fire safety, and food hygiene
  • Assist with audits, risk assessments, and incident tracking
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records
  • Support management of property insurance requirements across sites

Requirements

Essential

  • Experience working with systems in a hospitality, leisure, or multi-site environment
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
  • Ability to analyse information and present clear, practical insights
  • Good understanding of compliance requirements within hospitality/leisure
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Desirable

  • Experience with EPOS, booking systems, or similar platforms
  • Exposure to SQL databases or data management
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Experience supporting system improvements or implementations

Benefits & conditions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
