Job description

You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Examinations Officer, and Trust MIS Lead to ensure that data is accurate, accessible, and impactful-supporting strategic decision-making and driving school improvement., * Lead on all aspects of assessment data, including collection, analysis, and reporting

  • Manage and maintain the schools MIS systems (including assessment modules and class allocations)
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the school timetable
  • Produce high-quality reports on pupil progress, attainment, attendance, and examination outcomes
  • Support the smooth delivery of internal and external examinations
  • Ensure compliance with statutory data returns and examination regulations
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on data systems and reporting tools
  • Contribute to wider administrative support across the school when required

Requirements

Forrest Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Data Analyst, to play a key role within an administration team at a school. This is a key role within the school offering the chance to contribute directly to improving outcomes for pupils through high quality data management, analysis and reporting., * Has strong analytical and IT skills, including experience with spreadsheets and MIS systems

  • Can manage and interpret complex data sets with accuracy and clarity
  • Is highly organised, able to prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information appropriately
  • Experience in a school environment and familiarity with systems such as BROMCOM or SISRA Analytics would be advantageous but not essential.

This is a varied and rewarding role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to communicate data insights effectively to a range of stakeholders.
