As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience with our products and services., * Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for Broadcast Radio products.
- Set up, configure, and install authorised software on laptops and desktops.
- Deliver exceptional customer support, troubleshooting, and training.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Stay informed about advancements in relevant technologies.
- Represent Broadcast Radio at public events and trade exhibitions as needed.
Requirements
As we expand, we're looking for a motivated individual to join our expert technical team. If you're passionate about technology, eager to learn, and thrive on delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you!, * At least 1 years' experience in a 1st or 2nd line technical support role.
- Hands-on experience with ICT hardware setup and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Windows Desktop and/or Windows Server operating systems.
- Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to travel within the UK and overseas.
- A strong interest in emerging technologies.
Desirable (but not required):
- Experience with AV equipment installation or support.
- Background in radio or audio technology.
- Providing technical services to educational institutions.
- Delivering technical training, one-on-one or to groups.
- Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence., * A-Level or equivalent (required), * Support or Helpdesk: 1 year (required)

Previous experience in radio technology is helpful but not essential-your willingness to learn and deliver top-tier customer service is what matters most.
