QA Analyst (IT Systems Testing & Security Validation)

We are seeking an experienced IT Quality & Testing Analyst to support system validation, quality assurance, and testing activities across IT systems and applications.

The role focuses on ensuring that systems meet defined business requirements, quality standards, and compliance expectations. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to support structured testing, validation, and assurance activities across system implementations and operational environments.

The role also involves assessing risks, validating system behaviour, and ensuring that system changes are delivered in a controlled, compliant, and reliable manner., The IT Quality & Testing Analyst will be responsible for:

• Supporting the development and execution of test strategies, test plans, and test cases
• Performing system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and supporting UAT activities
• Validating that systems meet business requirements, acceptance criteria, and operational expectations
• Identifying, logging, and tracking defects, risks, and system issues, and supporting their resolution
• Supporting system validation and assurance activities, including review of data flows and system behaviour
• Assisting in the assessment of risks, controls, and compliance requirements within IT systems
• Supporting change management and release validation processes to ensure quality and stability
• Preparing and maintaining test documentation, validation reports, and quality assurance artefacts
• Supporting stakeholders during testing and validation phases, including issue triage and retesting
• Promoting best practices in testing, system assurance, and quality governance

The successful candidate should demonstrate experience in:

• IT system testing and quality assurance within complex IT environments
• Supporting system validation, assurance, or testing activities
• Designing and executing test cases, validation scenarios, and testing processes
• Supporting system integration testing and data validation
• Experience in risk assessment, system assurance, or compliance-driven environments
• Working within structured testing, change, and release processes
• Exposure to security, governance, or regulated environments (desirable), * Proven experience in IT testing, quality assurance, systems validation, or assurance roles
• Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle (STLC)
• Ability to interpret requirements and translate them into test scenarios and validation criteria
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with defect tracking, testing tools, and reporting mechanisms, Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as:
• Computer Science
• Information Systems
• Software Engineering
• Or a related field
