Java Solution Lead

We are seeking an experienced Java Solution Lead to design and deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Java technologies, experience in solution architecture, and the ability to lead development teams while collaborating with stakeholders., * Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-level applications using Java-based technologies

• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure best practices are followed
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture designs
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery, including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Review code, ensure quality standards, and guide team members on performance optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps
• Define and implement microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
• Ensure application scalability, security, and reliability
• Participate in client discussions, solution presentations, and technical proposals

• 10+ years of experience in Java development
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices Architecture
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
