Business Intelligence ERP Analyst

• Manage support tickets and outages, minimizing disruption and swiftly restoring services
• Leverage SQL to develop reports that present production data to plant management
• Drive decision-making and uncover manufacturing opportunities while liaising with stakeholders to deliver regular updates on KPIs
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and transform them into actionable insights
• Experience working with ERP platforms
• Expert-level SQL skills for querying and manipulating data
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Solid technical and computer proficiency
• Strong verbal and written skills for documenting processes and engaging with all levels of the organization
