Systems Administrator (Mid-Level)

We are looking for a Systems Administrator (Mid-Level) to lead infrastructure management efforts, ensuring performance, availability, and security across enterprise environments, supporting one of our key U.S. clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and takes ownership of end-to-end system operations., * Plan, implement, and document IT infrastructure for enterprise clients

• Ensure compliance with SLAs through proactive monitoring and performance management
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement corrective actions
• Manage servers, networks, and cloud environments
• Execute system upgrades, patches, and configurations
• Implement and maintain information security policies
• Drive continuous improvements in system performance and reliability

• Strong experience with IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud platforms)
• Hands-on experience with system administration and performance optimization
• Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Understanding of cybersecurity and information security practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Certifications (Preferred)

• Microsoft Azure (AZ-900, AZ-104 or similar)
• AWS (Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect)
• ITIL Foundation
• LPIC (Linux)
• VMware (VCP)
• Cisco (CCNA)

Languages

• Advanced English required
• Intermediate proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.
