Application Support
Manage AMI systems: HES, MDMS, MAMS
Ensure system stability, performance, and uptime
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
Implementation & Maintenance
Support full lifecycle: implementation go-live operations
Plan upgrades, capacity, and scalability
Infrastructure & Performance
Maintain system availability and reliability
Support disaster recovery (DR) & business continuity
Development & Reporting
Scripting: PowerShell, VBScript, .NET
Work with SQL, SSIS, SSRS
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Use monitoring tools for performance tracking
Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution
Collaboration
Work with vendors for fixes and upgrades
Coordinate with internal teams for requirements and improvements
Requirements
Strong experience in Windows server environments
Expertise in SQL, SSIS, SSRS
Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, .NET)
Understanding of APIs, networking, virtualization, databases, 5+ years in application administration
Experience in enterprise IT environments
Bachelor's degree (IT or related field), Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Good communication & stakeholder management
