Job description
We are looking for an IT Support/Infrastructure Engineer to support lab and manufacturing systems in a regulated (GMP/GxP) environment. This role will act as the primary IT contact for the site, supporting systems, infrastructure, and compliance needs., * Support IT systems in manufacturing and lab environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain and support servers, endpoints, and infrastructure
- Work with global teams and vendors to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP and 21 CFR Part 11
- Maintain documentation and support audits
Requirements
- 3 6+ years of IT support / infrastructure experience
- Experience in manufacturing, pharma, or lab environment
- Basic knowledge of networking and system administration
- Understanding of GMP/GxP or regulated systems
- Exposure to automation/PLC is a plus
