Senior Pega Software Engineer

• Design and build Pega workflows including case types, stages, flows, and SLAs.
• Implement application logic using data pages, data transforms, activities, and decision rules.
• Configure user interfaces using App Studio and refine in Dev Studio.
• Integrate Pega with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP, messaging, and automation tools.
• Apply Directly Capture Objectives (DCO) to translate business requirements into Pega solutions.
• Develop document-centric automation workflows using OCR and AI integrations.
• Implement security using roles, access groups, and authentication mechanisms.
• Ensure application quality through unit testing, scenario testing, and regression testing.
• Monitor and optimize application performance using tools such as PAL, Tracer, and PDC.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Configure observability, monitoring dashboards, and performance KPIs.
• Conduct impact assessments for upgrades, integrations, and data model changes.
• Collaborate with QA and other teams for end-to-end testing and delivery.
