Job description

Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering innovative payment services across the United States. As a Performance Tester, you''ll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our financial solutions. <>Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive performance testing, from gathering requirements to executing tests and analyzing results.
  • Collaborate with development, architecture, and engineering teams to define success criteria and methodologies.
  • Design and implement various performance test scenarios, including load, stress, and failover tests.
  • Integrate security requirements into the testing pipeline and perform manual testing to validate vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor system performance during tests and participate in code reviews to ensure quality.
  • Develop and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios, and support the implementation of testing tools.
  • Analyze test results and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in performance testing, with a strong understanding of testing concepts and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Java.
  • Experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, and server monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
  • Ability to analyze performance test results and generate detailed reports.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with cloud-based applications and AWS.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of advanced programming concepts in the Java technology stack.
