Job description

  • Support the product vision and roadmap by translating strategic goals into actionable backlog items.
  • Collaborate with internal and external contacts to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Work closely with product managers and business teams to maintain and refine the product backlog based on business value or ROI.
  • Stay current on agile practices and ensure smooth execution of development cycles.
  • Advocate for quality assurance and testing excellence across product development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Translate requirements into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Define test cases, review results, and provide sign-off for feature readiness.
  • Promote a testing mindset across the team, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Partner with the ScrumMaster to remove impediments and keep sprints on track.
  • Lead team meetings as needed to clarify requirements, review progress, and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with engineering and content teams to clarify requirements and support implementation.
  • Monitor progress against sprint goals and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Support release planning and ensure readiness for deployment.
  • Oversee testing coordination, including test plans and defect tracking, to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Promote best practices in functional, accessibility, and regression testing.
  • Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Product Management.
  • Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
  • Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Product Management business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.

Requirements

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and comfortable with a very fast paced environment. Must be comfortable with working with little direction.
  • Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Five or more years of experience in product development or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodology and backlog management.
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience defining test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and driving quality assurance practices across cross-functional teams.
