Full Stack Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a top healthcare technology organization driving innovation across the revenue cycle. This individual will play a critical role in architecting and building scalable backend systems that support automation and AI-enabled solutions. The engineer will collaborate closely with product, architecture, and engineering leadership, influence technical standards, and mentor other developers while delivering high-quality, production-ready services. This role sits within a fast-moving, R&D-focused environment designed to operate with startup speed while solving complex, real-world healthcare challenges., * Design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor backend services and APIs

• Architect scalable, resilient, and reusable software components used across multiple teams
• Collaborate with product and design to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Participate in and lead technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and spike investigations
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and hands-on technical leadership
• Partner with architecture and engineering leadership to define and advocate best practices

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong backend focus
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting production backend services and APIs
• Experience working in Azure cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and quality gates
• Strong understanding of availability, observability, performance, and maintainability
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and architecture teams
