Software Engineer with Active Secret Clearance - US Space Force

We are seeking a motivated Software Integration Engineer to support the SPY-6 Family of Radars. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate, test, and troubleshoot high-performance radar software systems in dynamic, mission-critical environments., * Support software integration and testing under senior engineer guidance

• Conduct system testing and debugging in shipyard environments
• Execute test plans, procedures, and scripts for validation
• Analyze and resolve software/hardware interface issues
• Document integration processes, test results, and troubleshooting steps
• Assist with field installations and system deployment

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in software integration, development, or testing
• Strong programming skills in C++ or Java
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, or Bash)
• Proficiency with Linux and command-line environments
• Experience with debugging tools (e.g., GDB, Wireshark)
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Jira, or ClearCase)
• Active U.S. security clearance (transferable) required prior to start
• U.S. Citizenship required, * Knowledge of radar systems, signal processing, or real-time systems
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of hardware/software integration (radar or sensor systems)
• Experience with MATLAB or similar analysis tools
