Senior User Experience Designer

• Lead the end?to?end UX strategy for complex products, from discovery and research through prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
• Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, elegant, and scalable design solutions.
• Create detailed user flows, wireframes, interaction models, and high?fidelity UI designs.
• Partner with product, engineering, and leadership teams to influence product direction and roadmap decisions.
• Conduct and oversee user research, usability studies, heuristic evaluations, and data?driven design improvements.
• Build interactive prototypes using tools such as FIGMA, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Axure.
• Contribute to UI development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React/Angular preferred) to support implementation and ensure design fidelity.
• Collaborate closely with front?end engineers to validate feasibility, refine interactions, and maintain design quality.
• Lead the creation, maintenance, and evolution of design systems and component libraries.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid?level designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and UX best practices across the organization.

• Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user psychology.
• Proven experience conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions.
• Ability to lead cross?functional workshops, design reviews, and strategic discussions.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder?management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
