Job description
Our client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join an established team. This is a senior?level role requiring strong functional expertise in HR and Payroll systems, as well as the ability to partner closely with Finance and HR stakeholders., * Lead and manage multiple enterprise IT initiatives, including payroll implementation, time tracking systems, and benefits platforms
- Partner with Finance and HR teams to assess business needs and translate them into system requirements
- Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline and optimize HR and Payroll system usage
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear, consistent communication across teams
- Oversee project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hands?on IT project management experience, business-facing communication skills, and a process improvement mindset. Experience with the Deel platform is strongly preferred - Not required., * 8-10+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Strong functional knowledge of HR and Payroll systems
- Proven experience supporting or leading payroll system implementations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strength in stakeholder and expectation management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Deel.com (or other modern payroll platforms)
- Background working closely with Finance and HR organizations
- Process improvement and change management experience
