User Experience Designer

We're looking for a UX Designer to join our Fidelity Institutional UX Design team, supporting our Digital Service product area. In this role, you'll design intuitive, high-impact experiences for financial advisors who use our Wealthscape platform for client servicing and support, and the Fidelity Associates who provide operational support.

You'll collaborate with designers and product partners across other areas of the Wealthscape platform to modernize user workflows, drive digitization, and improve operational efficiency our clients.

6+ years of UX design experience, ideally in complex enterprise or financial systems

Proven success working in agile environments and supporting design teams at scale

Expertise in Figma, Jira, Confluence

Experience in financial services and a passion for designing complex applications
