Job description
As an Active Directory, Printers, and Server Administrator, you will serve as the technical subject matter expert and primary point of contact for enterprise Active Directory, server, and printer administration. You will ensure compliance with enterprise IT policies, support mission critical infrastructure across multiple facilities and data centers, and provide reliable operational support to technical staff and business users while maintaining security, availability, and continuity of services., * Administer enterprise Active Directory environments including account provisioning, security groups, and Group Policy Objects.
- Serve as the primary contact for user account lifecycle management including creation, suspension, troubleshooting, and reactivation.
- Design, implement, and maintain file and print server standards, access controls, and auditing practices.
- Manage printer servers, print queues, driver updates, firmware patching, and printer inventory.
- Troubleshoot server, file share, mapped drive, and printer issues across enterprise environments.
- Coordinate data restoration, shadow copy recovery, and file unlock requests.
- Participate in disaster recovery and continuity planning and execution activities.
- Act as a liaison with vendors and external partners to resolve infrastructure issues.

Requirements
- Strong hands on experience administering Microsoft Active Directory in enterprise environments.
- Experience managing file servers and print servers including permissions, auditing, and capacity management.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex user, server, and printer issues independently.
- Knowledge of security concepts including access control, auditing, and account governance.
- Experience working with disaster recovery, backup, and continuity planning.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating tasks within a technical team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder and vendor interaction.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information and apply sound technical judgment.
- Ability to pass required background and security checks.
