HRIS Analyst

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00. \n
• 5+ years of experience administering HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) in a mid-to-large sized organization. \n
• Experience and understanding of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and performance management. \n
• Proficiency in HRIS configuration, workflows, and reporting tools. \n
• Advanced knowledge of data management, analytics, and reporting. \n
• Familiarity with system integrations using APIs, middleware, or other tools. \n

As a Sr. HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of Workday, leveraging its full capabilities to streamline HR processes and improve employee experience. • Administer the day-to-day operations of the HRIS platform (Workday). \n

• Configure and customize HRIS functionalities to align with business needs and ensure compliance with policies. \n

• Oversee system upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure seamless functionality. \n

• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement new modules and tools. \n

• Ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of HR data within the system. \n
