- Develop and maintain Java-based applications and microservices
- Integrate and support Vertex tax solutions
- Build and enhance REST APIs and backend services
- Troubleshoot production and integration issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery
- Ensure performance, scalability, and code quality
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with Vertex expertise to support enterprise applications, focusing on tax calculation and compliance integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development skills along with hands-on experience in Vertex solutions. Key Skills:
- Strong Java / J2EE development
- Experience with Vertex (Vertex O Series / Vertex Cloud)
- Integration of tax engines with enterprise systems (ERP, billing, eCommerce)
- Spring Boot & Microservices Architecture
- REST APIs & Web Services
- SQL & database experience
- CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins)
- Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure preferred)
