Job description

  • Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI systems leveraging A2A and MCP frameworks.
  • Build autonomous workflows and multi-agent interactions that improve customer experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and customer teams to identify use cases and translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
  • Rapidly prototype and experiment with new ideas, tools, and frameworks, continuously refining approaches.
  • Integrate AI agents with customer-facing applications and enterprise systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Stay current on cutting-edge AI research, tools, and trends (especially in autonomous agents and orchestration).
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, while contributing to best practices and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

The role requires strong knowledge of Agentic AI development, including expertise in Agent-to-Agent (A2A) orchestration and Model Context Protocol (MCP). The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities, strong software development skills, and the drive to learn quickly, experiment, and implement advanced AI solutions that deliver real business impact for customers., * Strong understanding of Agentic AI development, including A2A and MCP concepts.

  • Hands-on experience in software development (Python, Java, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
  • Solid grasp of system integration, APIs, and cloud services.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn and apply new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
