IT Cloud Network Engineer Azure

• Support in modifying and developing Azure cloud network architecture
• Drive further automation of our infrastructure with PowerShell, Bicep &Terraform
• As part of incident, problem, and change management, you handle requests and reports
• Diagnosis, and resolution of all types of network issues in cloud, SD-WAN, and on-premises environments in close collaboration with our network and cloud engineering teams
• Defining and optimizing security measures and topologies for cloud network environments
• Creation of network/reference documentation for planning, troubleshooting, and testing, * Work Abroad: Up to 30 days a year within the EU Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland

• Several years of hands-on experience in routing and switching; certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and Azure are desirable
• Experience with network on all OSI layers, routing protocols such as Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) or OSPF, Zero-Trust Networks and security technology (VPN, Firewall)
• Ideally, work experience in developing virtual network infrastructures with AWS and/or Azure
• Fluent German and conversational English for the communication with internal and external customers and the support of international colleagues
• You are eager to learn and curious, quickly grasp complex topics, and enjoy working in a team to develop and refine solutions together

Your focus will be on Microsoft Azure network, driving improvements in security, availability, and automation. In close collaboration with our Network team, you will also contribute to the integration and optimization of our on-premises environments and AWS-based infrastructure.
