Reporting Specialist (SQL/Tableau/Dataiku)

We are looking for a Reporting Specialist who will be responsible for delivering high-quality ad hoc reports to meet internal business needs, leveraging core banking data sources.

The role requires strong technical expertise in SQL and a solid understanding of banking operations, data structures, and stakeholder engagement.

This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and secure reporting while supporting continuous improvement through collaboration and knowledge sharing., Deliver accurate and timely ad hoc and recurring reports in response to internal requests, ensuring reliability and consistency

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand requirements, gather specifications, and manage expectations

• Design, develop, and implement custom reports using data from source systems such as T24, CRM/CLM, and KYC platforms, primarily hosted on Oracle Database or the Global Data Platform (Trino)

• Apply sound data analysis techniques to extract, transform, and present complex datasets in a clear and actionable format

• Uphold data governance principles by enforcing standards related to data quality, integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

• Continuously assess and enhance existing reporting solutions in coordination with stakeholders and IT teams

• Facilitate knowledge transfer within the team and contribute to documentation of processes, logic, and dependencies

Proven experience in report creation and data extraction using strong SQL proficiency (including complex joins, subqueries, and performance optimization)

• Hands-on experience with Dataiku for data preparation, workflow automation, and collaborative analytics projects

• Solid background in the banking sector, with familiarity with core banking systems and processes (e.g., customer onboarding, account management, transactional data handling)

• Demonstrated ability to engage directly with internal clients - consultative approach

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership of deliverables

• Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to take initiative

• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative work ethic

• Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments with evolving priorities.

• Familiarity with enterprise tools (Tableau, DataIku)

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, oracle,t24 core banking,kyc compliance,crm systems
