Job description
- Architect and manage robust data workflows and pipelines to ensure seamless integration across business functions.
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions to automate processes, enhance insights, and boost operational efficiency.
- Lead efforts in data cleaning, transformation, and integration to maintain data integrity and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members and interns.
- Identify and implement best practices in data engineering, analytics, and AI integration for scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related challenges.
- Support the development of an AI-first approach, identifying opportunities for automation and innovation.
- Document and maintain comprehensive data workflows for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering or related fields.
- Expert proficiency in Python programming and developing efficient, maintainable data pipelines.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including optimization techniques.
- Proven expertise in AI integration, including machine learning pipelines and automation strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business solutions.
- Significant experience in designing and deploying data-driven solutions to support business processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Ideally, you also have:
- Deep understanding of ETL processes and end-to-end data workflow design.
- Knowledge of AI tooling, frameworks, and models for business process automation.
- Experience with data visualization and storytelling tools.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, and CI/CD practices.
- Previous experience in designing data warehousing solutions.
