In this role, you will support the day-to-day IT operations of the school, assisting staff and students with technical issues and helping maintain our systems and devices. You will work with a variety of technologies and platforms, with strong opportunities to learn and grow., * Provide first-line IT support to staff and students
- Assist in managing and maintaining the Microsoft 365 environment (including Exchange)
- Support user account and device management (Entra ID / Intune)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Support and help maintain our Student Information System (iSAMS)
- Assist with device setup and deployment (Windows, iOS, macOS)
- Work with a variety of systems and tools used across the school

- Eagerness to learn, develop, and adapt to new technologies
- Solid IT knowledge, including:
- Windows, iOS, and macOS
- Device management via Intune and/or JAMF (or willingness to learn)
- Microsoft 365 and Exchange basics
- Entra ID / administrative environments
- Experience with School Management Information Systems (MIS), including timetabling software and data import processes, is preferred.
- Experience with iSAMS (Student MIS) is a strong advantage
- If not experienced, willingness to follow training and specialize in the platform is essential
- Ability to find your way in different systems or quickly adapt (examples may be discussed during the interview)
- Good communication skills in an international environment
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Dutch highly valued.
