This role combines AI adoption leadership with driving knowledge management across Swift. You will spearhead initiatives to increase AI literacy, maximize value from M365 Copilot, and embed AI-driven ways of working into the Core Operations organization. Additionally, you will establish frameworks for knowledge lifecycle management and AI agent development, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
What to expect
In this role you will:
- Shape and drive the AI adoption vision for Core Operations, grounded in a clear understanding of the organization's current maturity, appetite for change, and strategic priorities.
- Partner with enterprise AI to increase AI literacy across managers and staff within Core Operations, enabling effective use of M365 Copilot.
- Champion organizational change management to engrain AI into daily workflows.
- Identify and unlock pockets of efficiency through AI-driven insights, making work more scalable.
- Use data-driven adoption metrics to measure success and refine strategies.
- Act as an AI ambassador, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Partner with domain experts and knowledge owners to curate, structure, publish, and reuse trusted knowledge assets at scale.
- Establish and maintain knowledge of lifecycle management processes to ensure relevance, quality and ownership.
- Assess, enrich, and structure knowledge for AI ingestion, enabling more accurate and contextual Copilot and agent responses.
Requirements
- 5-8 years' experience in Learning & Development, enablement, coaching, or talent development roles
- Experience within financial services or fintech, ideally in a regulated environment
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, M365 Copilot capabilities, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with knowledge management frameworks and AI-driven content curation.
- Experience in organizational change management and digital adoption strategies.
- Ability to translate business needs into AI use cases and actionable solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment. Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.
- You are a team player and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to support this transformation.
- High level of autonomy and self-motivation.
