Job description
- Employee Central (EC) Lead: Drive the design, configuration, and delivery of Employee Central processes, focusing on core HR, employee master data, organisational management, and integrations. Ensure accurate HR operations and data integrity across the enterprise.
- Reporting Lead: Lead SAP SuccessFactors reporting, including Story reporting design, build, and configuration. Act as a subject matter expert across teams, delivering high-quality reporting solutions and supporting complex business requirements.
- Roles-Based Permission (RBP) Lead: Provide leadership on SuccessFactors RBP design and implementation, balancing security, performance, and maintainability. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and deliver robust access frameworks across HR systems.
- Integration Lead: Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors integration solutions, connecting SuccessFactors with other HR systems via middleware and APIs. Ensure seamless data flow, compliance, and operational efficiency across global HR processes., These roles offer the opportunity to work on a high-profile HR transformation programme, shaping the future of HR technology and processes across a global enterprise.
Requirements
- Proven experience in large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations or re-implementations.
- Deep knowledge of Employee Central, Reporting, RBP, or Integrations depending on the role.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and business teams.
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integration architecture, middleware platforms (e.g., SAP CPI), and API connectivity for Integration Leads.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements (GDPR, SOX) for RBP and EC roles.
