Job description
- Facilitate Agile team ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring sessions are effective and time-boxed
- Guide Agile teams through planning, execution, review, and reflection to support consistent and predictable delivery
- Coach team members on Scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile, and quality practices
- Promote and reinforce self-organization and self-management within the team
- Mentor team members to build a continuous learning mindset and encourage independent problem-solving
- Identify and help remove impediments, bottlenecks, delays, and waste to improve workflow efficiency
- Support teams in meeting iteration and Program Increment (PI) objectives while maintaining delivery focus
- Partner closely with Product Owners to support backlog refinement, prioritization, and clarity of requirements
- Ensure priorities, scope, and expectations are clearly communicated and understood by the team
- Facilitate healthy team dynamics around commitments, priorities, and delivery expectations
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers (RTEs) during PI Planning and ART-level events
- Support coordination, dependency management, and alignment across multiple Agile teams
- Analyze team performance metrics, delivery trends, and key KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Guide teams in leveraging metrics and insights to improve execution and value delivery
- Facilitate retrospectives focused on actionable improvements and measurable outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of residential presence in the United States
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master with strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Agile practices
- Experience supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and participating in PI Planning events
- Strong experience analyzing Agile metrics and using data to drive team improvement and delivery outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on ambiguous, high-impact initiatives with executive visibility
- Proven coaching capability to enable team self-organization and continuous improvement
- Strong collaboration skills with Product Owners, RTEs, and fellow Scrum Masters
- Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to lead effective, structured, and time-boxed Agile ceremonies
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder influence skills
