Requirements

5+ years in data engineering/CRM/CDP 2+ years hands-on with Salesforce Data Cloud (or similar CDP). - Strong SQL, identity resolution experience, and hands-on with Data Cloud entities (DMOs, Data Graphs, Calculated Insights, Segments, Activation). Proven activation experience across Marketing Cloud, Advertising, and Sales/Service. Experience with ETL/ELT, streaming (Kafka/Kinesis), APIs, and Git-based CI/CD. Strong understanding of privacy/consent and PII/PHI protection. Nice-to-Have: Python/dbt; MDM tools; Reverse ETL; Data warehouse experience (Amazon Redshift); Einstein Studio or model operationalization, Copado
