Job description
Bentley Mills is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Website Coordinator to support the Marketing Department by managing and maintaining the company website as a key brand, communication, and business development tool. This role is responsible for ensuring the website is accurate, visually compelling, user-friendly, and aligned with Bentley Mills' brand standards, sustainability leadership, and business objectives., * Manage day-to-day updates to the Bentley Mills website using the company's CMS (Wordpress).
- Ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and visual quality.
- Support creation of marketing campaigns, product launches, landing pages and microsites.
- Monitor website functionality, usability, performance and traffic that will inform and support other departments.
- Manage SEO best practices, analytics and performance tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT teams.
- Ensure the site complies with legal standards and security protocols
- Monitor competitor sites and industry trends to keep Bentley Mills website competitive, The Website Coordinator will be responsible for managing their expenses, complying with safety rules, environmental regulations and all other Company Policies and Procedures

Starting pay range: $ 30-35/HR
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1-3 years of website or CMS management experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Expert in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) Figma, Powerpoint, Canva, Monday and Canto
- Experience in a brand-led or design-focused organization (preferred)
- Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools
