- Provide Statistical Programming support for clinical programs, focusing on data integrity, collaboration and on-time deliverable.
- Support statistical programming initiatives including establishing CDISC dataset standards, infrastructure, onboarding, and programming processes and implementation.
- Identify problems and develop global tools that increase the efficiency and capacity of the Statistical Programming group.
- Be a technical resource for programming group to provide advice on complex programming tasks and/or standards.
- Represent statistical programming in cross-functional teams and process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to department culture building and engagement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Tyra Biosciences, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Statistical Programming, to make impactful contributions to drug discovery projects targeting disease areas with high unmet medical needs. The successful candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional start-up environment.
This position will support multiple clinical studies and will be responsible for delivery, integrity and quality of statistical programming activities. Contribute to building Statistical Programming infrastructure.
Must have pharmaceutical/CRO or bio-pharmaceutical industry experience., * A bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics or equivalent with at least 6 years' experience in pharmaceutical/CRO or bio-pharmaceutical industry. A master's degree with 4 - 6 years in statistics or computer science is preferred.
- Software Knowledge: A comprehensive knowledge of SAS and CDISC standards. Strong knowledge and skills of programming in SAS.
- Pinnace 21 knowledge for validation and submission.
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience working in a small, start-up biotech work environment preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic ability.
- Ability to work independently and to multi-task large projects or compounds, ability to change pace and tasks as needed.
- Ability to lead and/or be a proven leader in a line function responsibility, as well as having an ability to influence in a matrix global environment.
- Have proven ability to drive decisions and manage in difficult business situations.
- Ability to accommodate up to 10% travel or as business dictates.
Benefits & conditions
Base Salary Range: $171,990 - $187,643 USD
Individual compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, skills, education, training, and experience.
