Job description
As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes in ServiceNow HRSD. Working closely with customer, business analysts and process consultants, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and IT strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with team members across teams within an agile framework and you must communicate clearly and effectively with other team members and customer stakeholders.

Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a Client TSA Clearance.

Bachelor's degree.

Experience working with ServiceNow HRSD for Federal customers, 3+ years; or experience working with ServiceNow (any module) for Federal customers, 5+ years.

ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist.

Experience working in agile teams, including responsibility for pointing user stories, 3+ years.

Experience with technical solution design, including building technical documentation, 5+ years.

Experience leading technical or development teams, 2+ years.
Preferred Skills:
- Agile certification, preferably with SAFe.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform administration, 2+ years.
- Experience with building ServiceNow integrations (SOAP/REST), 2+ years.
- Experience with enterprise design thinking, 2+ years.
