Software Engineer

Software Engineer supporting the development of automation and integration solutions across the Acquire-to-Retire lifecycle, including CIP/WIP, asset capitalization, and system interfaces between APSR and DAI., Design and develop integrations between APSR systems (DPAS/ELMS) and Oracle DAI Build automation solutions for asset capitalization, cost transfer, and financial postings Develop RICE-FW components to support A2R, inventory, and P2S processes Implement enhancements for Global Capitalization Interface and property accounting Support data conversion, migration, and validation activities Ensure data accuracy, traceability, and audit compliance across systems Participate in design sessions, system testing, and deployment support

Oracle EBS technical development (PL/SQL, interfaces, conversions) Experience with system integrations (APIs, file-based, middleware) Strong SQL and data processing skills Understanding of asset lifecycle, CIP/WIP, or financial processes

Preferred: Experience with logistics/property systems (APSR, DPAS, ELMS) Exposure to federal financial or asset management systems Knowledge of audit and financial controls
