Job description
Maintain day-to-day activities within the Field Assurance (Complaint Handling) Lab Conduct sample analysis testing in accordance with established protocols Collect, record, and analyze data accurately Perform cleaning, disinfection, and decontamination of lab spaces and samples Document complaint samples and maintain proper records for evaluation Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) Identify and escalate unexpected results to supervisors and appropriate teams Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures Utilize calibrated laboratory equipment and tools
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
3-5 years of experience in a lab and/or medical (GMP) environment Ability to work in cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail and technical writing skills Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Must have proof of Hep B vaccination, be willing to receive it, or sign a waiver
Tech 1, Quality Assurance Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in science, math, engineering, or technical field Experience with measuring equipment, microscopes, and cleanroom environments Knowledge of biosafety and laboratory safety practices Ability to read engineering drawings Experience with OGP Flash 500 Smartscope Strong verbal and written communication skills

The pay for this position is $21.00 per hour
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
The required availability for this position is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (onsite)
