Job description
The Senior Test Engineer serves as a technical subject matter expert in system testing, driving test rigor, reliability validation, and continuous improvement throughout development and deployment. This role collaborates closely with Systems, Software, Electrical, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams to ensure that products meet performance, reliability, and customer expectations. Success in this role is measured by product reliability, quality of test coverage, effective defect prevention, and timely execution of test programs., * Act as a subject matter expert for system testing.
- Drive test rigor, reliability validation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Systems, Software, Electrical, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams.
- Ensure products meet performance, reliability, and customer expectations.
- Measure success by product reliability, quality of test coverage, and defect prevention.
- Ensure timely execution of test programs.
Requirements
- Test engineering
- Test equipment
- Mechanical testing
- Test planning, * Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in test engineering, validation, or system verification roles.
- Proven experience testing complex electromechanical, electrical, and embedded systems.
- Experience applying reliability tools such as DFMEA, FTA, and accelerated testing methods.
- Ability to lead test activities independently.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $53.00/hr.
