Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee clinical training and workflow optimization across our organization. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving training programs for EMR systems, medical assistants, front office staff, and providers. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt training strategies to diverse clinical environments., * Lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs for clinical and administrative staff across multiple EMR platforms

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for EMR systems, ensuring effective onboarding, upgrades, and ongoing education
  • Assess current workflows and identify opportunities for improved efficiency, compliance, and patient experience
  • Partner with clinical leadership, providers, and operational teams to align training with organizational goals
  • Develop standardized training materials, manuals, and evaluation tools
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions tailored to varying skill levels and roles
  • Monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback, and outcomes data
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and best practices
  • Lead and mentor training staff or cross-functional teams as applicable
  • Support change management initiatives related to system implementations and process improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare field (clinical operations, medical practice management, or similar)
  • Proven experience training on multiple EMR/EHR systems
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, front office operations, and provider needs
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and workflows
  • Experience developing training programs and educational materials
  • Leadership experience preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in medical assisting, nursing, healthcare administration, or related field
  • Experience with large-scale EMR implementations or system transitions
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across departments
