Job description

Software Methods is seeking a full-time Operations Data Analyst to assist our client in the Media, PA area. This is 100% on-site., The Operations Data Analyst will primarily be responsible for supporting both internal departments (i.e., accounting, finance, operations) and external customers through data analytics, business modeling, and report generation. The position may also include overseeing the implementation of new systems or applications to improve the analytical capabilities of the Company, and other initiatives to support interdepartmental decision-making and reporting., * Manage external reporting for data contracts and deliverables.

  • Analytics and performance metrics for contracts to support compliance, service quality, and clinical standards.
  • Develop business intelligence systems and models potentially including dashboards, forecasts, and scenario planning models.
  • Assist with integrating and consolidating data from various systems.
  • Create efficiencies and automation in reporting when possible.
  • Utilize RPA & BI platforms to automate reports where possible.
  • Implement BI and Data Visualization platforms to deliver unique insights into data and enhance client deliverables.
  • Develop and implement predictive models and ML algorithms where applicable.
  • Gather data and perform analyses for ad-hoc projects.
  • Perform other such tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Computer, email and MS Office competency
  • Excel - Formula, Pivots, VLOOKUP's
  • Strong MS Office proficiency including Excel
  • Business Intelligence application experience a plus
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
