Overview We are seeking a Payroll Functional Analyst to join SAP HCM Payroll team with over 5+ years of experience in implementing, supporting, and continuously improving SAP HCM solutions, with a specialization in North America payroll. Responsibilities Supporting end-to-end payroll processes, including system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and compliance reporting. Contribute towards strategic SAP HCM Payroll initiatives aligned with US and Canada labor and tax regulations, ensuring operational excellence and legal compliance. Act as a cross-functional liaison between HR, IT, and Finance to deliver scalable, business-aligned payroll solutions. Participate in technical testing and post-implementation support. Ensure adherence to best practices in configuration and PEPSICO standards, and proper documentation. Qualifications Candidate should have strong knowledge on SAP HCM Payroll with deeper understanding on US Payroll regulations, Infotypes, Wage Type and Taxation. Familiarity with Retroactive accounting and off-cycle payroll. Ability to read and modify Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and Schemas. Understanding of time data integration with payroll and experience working with time evaluation results. Experience with SAP HCM data uploads using LSMW or BDC. Knowledge with BSI TaxFactory, and preparation of year end tax forms (W-2, W-4). Strong communication and documentation skills. Having bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) will be a plus.
