Requirements

We are looking for AI Native Engineers, that are coming from a software engineering Background.

MUST HAVES:

  • AI
  • RAG, Agents, LLM, MCP, etc.
  • Any Programming Language
  • Deployment into Production, Not Just POC

Candidate must demonstrate:

Productiondeployed AI (not POCs)

Handson with:

  • Agents and/or RAG
  • Orchestration workflows

Experience with:

  • Monitoring & logging
  • Performance, latency, reliability
  • Debugging production issues

HandsOn Engineering Depth

Personally writes, deploys, and debugs code, APIs / microservices

Containers (Docker / Kubernetes) or serverless

CI/CD pipelines

Infrastructure as Code

Monitoring / observability tools
