Design, write, and maintain code across our full stack: front-end web development, user interactions, ASP.NET, business objects, and SQL Server.
Collaborate with a small, close-knit team of developers, working on Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Employee Self Service, Payroll, and HR systems and APIs.
Support, troubleshoot, and improve systems used by thousands of clients and hundreds of thousands of users every day.
Work closely with internal teams and occasionally with external developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

3+ years experience with C#, ASP.NET, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL Server
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Team player who enjoys collaborating in a small group setting
Bonus points for: UI/UX design skills, VB.NET, Mobile Development, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS experience, or Git/version control, * Bachelor's (Required), * C#: 3 years (Required)
