Job description
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product management, and engineering teams. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Agile development teams. Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Work closely with Scrum Masters, developers, QA teams, UX/UI designers, and architects to ensure successful product delivery. Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept, development, testing, release, and post-launch optimization. Gather and analyze customer feedback, product analytics, and market insights to improve product features and usability. Define and track product KPIs, metrics, and performance indicators. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, compliance, and security standards. Support release planning, go-to-market strategies, and product adoption initiatives. Mentor junior product owners and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Requirements
15+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis roles. Strong hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks. Proven expertise in Product Backlog Management, User Story Mapping, and Requirement Prioritization. Experience working with enterprise-scale applications, digital products, or SaaS platforms. Strong experience with product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar tools. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Experience with data-driven product development and product analytics tools. Knowledge of API integrations, microservices architecture, and cloud-based platforms is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification is a plus. Educational Qualification : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
