Job description

  • Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform, including routine changes and adjustments.
  • Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly system monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of ServiceNow applications.
  • Collaborate with platform and delivery teams to perform ServiceNow upgrades and patching.
  • Assist with report configuration, dashboards, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with teammates to perform code reviews and discuss new developments.
  • Support the administration for production and non-production instances.
  • Collaborate with production support and operations teams to monitor support cases.
  • Document administrative processes and issue resolutions.
  • Work with business stakeholders to develop clear requirements and participate in daily scrum meetings.

Requirements

Eligibility: U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.

Experience: 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration. 3+ years of experience with applications including Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and ITOM/CMDB.

Technical Skills: Strong experience in system administration and JavaScript. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and diagnose performance-related issues. Experience with Agile methodologies is required.

Certifications: A current ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certification is required. Candidates must have an active ServiceNow certification verifiable through the partner portal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SPM and/or APM.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  • ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification.
