-
Instrument systems and develop observability dashboards to capture SLIs/SLOs, latency, throughput, error rates, and resource utilization; integrate these metrics with performance test reports.
-
Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks and root causes across application, database, network, and infrastructure layers; drive performance tuning and architectural improvements with partner teams.
-
Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines; establish automated reporting, quality gates, and release readiness criteria based on performance benchmarks.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define non-functional requirements and ensure performance goals are met throughout the development lifecycle.
