Job description
We are a national specialty contractor that performs precision chemical cleaning and passivation of high-purity fluid and gas systems for clients across pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotech, aerospace, data centers, and semiconductor facilities. Our technicians travel to client sites across the country and do hands-on technical work that keeps critical systems running.
This is an entry-level position - but it's a serious one. You'll be trained in specialized processes most technicians never encounter, work alongside experienced leaders, and be on a structured track to advance quickly.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate specialty chemical cleaning equipment at customer job sites
- Work with chemical cleaning solutions under proper PPE and safety protocols
- Load, transport, and manage equipment using company vehicles (sprinter vans, trucks)
- Collect samples and document process results accurately
- Support the project team in delivering work safely and on schedule
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site (5S standards), Openings are available across our full operating footprint. You'll travel to client sites and return home between projects. Clients include pharmaceutical manufacturers, industrial facilities, and other high-purity process environments.
Requirements
You don't need industry-specific experience. If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable in industrial environments, and ready to travel and learn, we want to talk.
- Mechanical aptitude and any relatable hands-on experience: HVAC, plumbing, hydraulics, pipes, pumps, valves, petroleum, or similar
- High school diploma or GED (technical training or AA degree a plus)
- Valid Class C driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied physical environments
- Open to travel - typically 2+ weeks at a time
- HAZWOPER or Confined Space certifications a plus, not required

Base pay is $21-$23/hr - but that's only part of the picture. Here's what actually hits your bank account:
Up to $200/day per diem - every day you're on assignment, for food and lodging.
Consistent, plentiful overtime on every project.
Rental vehicle provided per job; on longer projects a company-paid passenger van is provided for the crew.
Automatic 10% base pay raises at 6, 12, and 18 months - plus performance-based increases. Most team members hit +30% total growth within 18 months.
Result: Your effective daily rate routinely outperforms traditional hourly roles that pay a slightly higher base but offer no per diem, no vehicle, and no structured raises., Shifts: Day and night shift rotations depending on client site
Overtime: Consistent and available on every project
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
