Job description
We are seeking a strategic HRIS Systems Analyst to cultivate strong business relationships and oversee the daily operations of some of our HR technologies, including managing our recruiting system. A successful candidate will partner extensively with cross-functional teams, nurture key stakeholder relationships and drive the effective use and performance of our systems.
This role is ideal for a forward-thinking systems expert at aligning technology with strategy to foster efficiency, innovation, and business results. This role will report within the HR Enablement team.
Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Implementation

Lead AI-driven initiatives to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and overall system effectiveness

Research and recommend emerging tools to improve operational performance

Drive adoption and implementation of new and existing tools, system enhancements, and process improvements by gathering feedback

Develop and deliver training resources to support end-users and maximize technology utilization
System Administration & Optimization
- Provide governance over systems, ensuring user access, security, and data integrity
- Monitor and analyze system utilization, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Execute system updates and enhancements, configurations, and troubleshooting
Integration & Process Automation
- Oversee system integrations and partner with IT and vendors to ensure seamless implementation and maintenance
- Document and refine workflows to optimize functionality and scalability
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with leaders and stakeholders, acting as a primary technology partner and advisor for their system needs
- Provide insights on system performance and adoption to support data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting systems administration, HRIS, or a similar role
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and middleware tools (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft)
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting system data and performance metrics
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts effectively to business teams
- Familiarity with recruiting workflows and best practices is a plus

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
