Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Engineer to support the design, configuration, development, integration, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions operating within a Government Cloud environment., This role combines strong Oracle Fusion ERP functional expertise with hands?on technical engineering skills, particularly in secure and regulated cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting mission?critical financial, procurement, and operational systems, while ensuring system reliability, security, and performance., * Design, configure, develop, document, and maintain Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including:

  • Financials (GL, AP, AR)
  • Procurement (Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal)
  • Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Project Financial Management (PPM)
  • Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
  • Support Oracle Fusion ERP environments hosted in Oracle Government Cloud
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, security standards, and compliance requirements
  • Monitor system availability, performance, and security; troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis
  • Manage Oracle quarterly/monthly updates and patches, including:
  • Release analysis and impact assessments
  • Environment refresh coordination
  • SIT/UAT testing support
  • Design and maintain integrations using:
  • REST and SOAP APIs
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • File-based data integrations (FBDI/HDL)
  • Develop advanced reporting and analytics using:
  • Oracle BI Publisher (BIP)
  • Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
  • Fast Formulas
  • Create dashboards, reports, and data extracts for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams for requirements gathering, solution design, and end?user support
  • Support DevOps, release management, and change control processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands?on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
  • Strong experience with Oracle security models (roles, privileges, data access)
  • Solid understanding of:
  • ERP architecture and data models
  • API?based integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • SQL and data analysis
  • Hands?on experience with:
  • Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, and/or HCM
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • BI Publisher and OTBI
  • FBDI and HDL data loads
  • Programming experience with at least one language
  • Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and shell scripting
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem?solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated or compliance?driven environment
  • Clear communication skills with technical and non?technical stakeholders
  • High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience
  • Experience across multiple ERP modules (Financials, HCM, Procurement, PPM, EPM)
  • Experience with:
  • Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Single Sign?On (SSO) integrations
  • Oracle Visual Builder or Oracle APEX
  • SmartView / Excel integrations
  • ERP test automation tools (e.g., Opkey)
  • Jira and Agile delivery environments
  • Oracle Cloud certifications (OCI, Integration, or ERP tracks)
  • Prior experience working in government, public sector, or other regulated cloud environments
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
