Angular Front-End Software Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a Front-End Software Engineer to join a collaborative Agile team supporting customer facing applications. This role is primarily focused on modern Angular development (TypeScript based), with close integration to backend services and APIs. The engineer will work in a Kanban style Agile environment on a two week sprint cycle, participating in grooming, planning, and bi weekly demos presented to executive and business stakeholders. The team includes Product, QA (manual and automated), and Design partners, and this role will collaborate cross functionally to ensure high quality, well designed user stories from development through delivery. The technology environment includes AWS (Lambda), MySQL, NoSQL databases, and backend services built with Java Spring Boot. There is emerging work around a customer facing chatbot, where API integration experience and exposure to LLM enabled features is a plus. This is a fully onsite role in Lexington, KY within a close

knit, highly collaborative team. The position is full time with a leading company in the gaming industry and is suited for engineers who are comfortable presenting their work, operating in an enterprise environment, and taking ownership of front end delivery., * 3-5 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer with a strong front end focus

• Hands on experience with Angular (most current versions preferred), TypeScript, or React
• Experience working in a Kanban style Agile environment on a two week sprint cycle
• Professional experience working with AWS, including exposure to services such as Lambda

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Backend experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience building customer facing applications and collaborating closely with Design and UX teams
• Exposure to serverless architectures, MySQL, and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of the racing or gaming industry
• Experience or interest in LLM enabled features, specifically AI chatbot development
