Job description

Russell Tobin is seeking a Tech Support Technician to support a leading global technology-driven organization. This is an onsite role ideal for candidates looking to grow their IT support experience in a fast-paced environment., * Provide technical support to end users across a variety of systems and tools

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for issue resolution
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • 0-3 years of experience in IT support or a related role
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts, systems, and troubleshooting methods
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision in a structured environment
